We had a lovely time at the Barn Annex. The Annex is furnished to a very high standard and is very comfortable. Maureen makes a great effort to make the Annex feel like a home away from home - the little touches made all the difference - breakfast, and snacks such as biscuits, bread and milk in stock when we arrived. The Annex feels very secure and private and was a highlight of our trip to the Cotswolds. Thanks Maureen :)

Lovely accommodation, clean and nicely decorated. Maureen had all our needs covered when we arrived with a nice welcome basket of cereals, milk and bread. She was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Perfect location for a trip to the Cotswolds or visiting a wedding at The Manor House, Moreton in Marsh.

I would highly recommend the Barn Annexe to anyone looking for a lovely, charming place to stay while travelling to the area. Very pleasant and well located room, extremely well stocked and all that you would need for a quiet and unintrusive time. All the help was at hand, warm and helpful host and I could get by to all the surrounding areas easily. If needed cooking in the room was possible. The bed and furnishing was very comfortable. Maureen went out of her way to fetch me - smiling - from the station. As a first time traveller to the area, my standards have been set high now!

Easy arrival with lots of good info available. The studio is spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with all that is needed for an extended stay. Location is great for walking to Moreton and as a base to many destinations--we visited Stow, Broadway, Hidcote Gardens and Stratford upon Avon. Victoria coffee house made a good latte is is walking distance in Moreton. Thank you!

Maureen made us feel very welcome.She picked us up at the train station. Provisions such as bread ,milk ,cereal,coffee were provided and exceeded our expectations.The location of the Barn Annex was within easy walking distance to the towns shopping and restaurants . She was always available.

I can highly recommend to stay at the Barn annex. The location in Moreton-in-Marsh was a perfect base to explore the Cotswolds. The accommodation itself was great. The quality of the fixtures and fittings and furniture was excellent. We didn't do any cooking over the weekend we stayed but the kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi and Sky TV and extras like fluffy bath robes and tea/coffee, milk, bread and butter and jams which were a welcome surprise. The annex is very clean and it's lovely and warm and bright. Maureen herself is very welcoming and has lots of advice of where to go and what to do. Overall a great place to stay.

Best experience so far! I was warmly welcomed by Maureen at the station and immediately overwhelmed by the clean , roomy and cozy room and all the sweet, thoughtful details that Maureen has put up together. It's definitely the sweetest home away from home, within walking distance from the train station, and with a lovely, helpful landlord, plus high-speed Wifi--in a word, it has all a single traveler could dream of! Will definitely recommend it to my friends!

An excellent base for exploring the Cotswolds situated in the pretty village of Moreton-in-Marsh. I would challenge anyone to find a better specified property in the area. Tastefully decorated in contemporary style with modern kitchen and bathroom equipment. All you would need for a comfortable break. Our host Maureen was both friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great time. Thank you Maureen.

Nicely decorated, cosy annexe with well kitted kitchen and bathroom. Lots of unexpected extras such as bread and milk provided and a welcome pack full of useful information. Maureen was lovely and very accommodating, going out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant stay which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the North Cotswolds!

This cosy apartment exceeded our expectations. It is well equipped with everything you need & has lots of extras such as an accurate guest folder, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereals etc. Maureen is a very welcoming & lovely host, she even picked us up from the station & gave us a lift back. She puts much more effort than what you would expect from a host, including tips on how to best reach the cute villages nearby without a car. We would highly recommend this place & would always come back should we plan another visit to the Cotswolds.

Maureen's Barn Annexe was the perfect spot for our Easter weekend in the Cotswolds. The Barn Annexe is very well appointed and is extremely comfortable with all the necessary appointments. From a full-kitchenette to a beautiful bathroom. Maureen was very pleasant to deal with and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The location is great, about 15-20 minutes walk to the train station and less to town. The annexe was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Maureen went above and beyond by driving us to and from the train station. This is a great spot to explore the Cotswolds from.

Our weekend stay in the newly built barn annexe was nothing short of perfect. The room is cosy, luxurious and well equipped. Maureen was so friendly and helpful and her attention to detail made all the difference (she had even put milk in the fridge for us!) The annexe is located in the heart of Morton in marsh, walking distance from the main high street so we had no trouble getting around. The dedicated parking spot was also very handy! Highly highly recommended place to stay if you are thinking of the Cotswolds for a break. Thank you Maureen! Xx

The annexe was a great place to stay and Maureen was a lovely host, providing some bread and breakfast things which saved us from having to buy them. The annexe is on a main road (albeit its nowhere near as busy as a city road) but this did not cause any issue with sleeping at all. The place is fitted out to a very good standard and Moreton is a good base for exploring the Cotswolds. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place and hope to return later in the year.
